The Hollyland Solidcom SE 5S Global 5-Person Full-Duplex Single-Ear Noise-Canceling Headset Intercom is designed to provide small and medium-sized production teams with a cost-effective yet powerful communication solution. This configuration includes one master single-ear headset and four remote single-ear headsets, allowing up to five users to communicate simultaneously. Operating on the 2.4 GHz frequency band, the system features a lightweight design, Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC), resistance to water and wind, and long-lasting battery life, making it suitable for a wide range of environments, from commercial video productions to waterside operations. Since the system supports a maximum of five users, it cannot be expanded with additional remote headsets.

The Solidcom SE Global supports full-duplex communication, enabling all team members to speak and listen at the same time without taking turns. This improves workflow efficiency and ensures smooth coordination during production. The system provides a reliable wireless connection with a line-of-sight range of up to 1,100 feet (350 meters) over the 2.4 GHz frequency band. It also features automatic frequency hopping technology, which quickly switches to a cleaner frequency whenever interference is detected, ensuring stable and dependable communication.

To deliver clear voice transmission, the headset is equipped with advanced dual-microphone Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) technology. This system effectively suppresses surrounding noise, allowing voices to remain loud and clear even in noisy environments. With a signal-to-noise ratio of 71 dB, the Solidcom SE Global provides excellent speech clarity, enabling team members to communicate confidently in challenging conditions.

The headsets are built with durability in mind and are designed to withstand outdoor use. They feature water- and wind-resistant construction, with an internal protective coating that helps prevent damage from sweat and moisture. An advanced wind-noise reduction algorithm further enhances voice quality, ensuring reliable communication even during adverse weather conditions.

The Solidcom SE Global is factory pre-paired, allowing users to begin operating the system immediately without complicated setup procedures. In addition to its Push-to-Talk function, the headset includes a movable microphone boom that provides convenient mute and talk control. A latching mechanism enables users to switch between mute and talk with a single press. For greater flexibility, the USB-C port on the headset supports connection to an optional 3.5 mm external microphone using a USB-C to TRS adapter cable.

Designed for comfort during extended use, the headset is constructed from lightweight yet durable materials and weighs approximately the same as a smartphone. Its replaceable over-ear earpad helps maintain hygiene and provides added comfort, particularly during long working hours or in warm weather. The Solidcom SE Global also features detachable rechargeable batteries, minimizing downtime by allowing quick battery replacement. The master headset provides up to 10 hours of continuous operation, while each remote headset operates for up to 12 hours on a single charge. A six-slot charging station is included for convenient battery management, and the headsets also support USB-C charging, making it possible to power them using an optional power bank when needed.
